Nissan Reveals Six Tuned Concepts for SEMA Show Models

From November 1 to 4, Las Vegas will host one of the world’s premier annual tuning events, SEMA 2022.

Although some brands will miss this year’s show for various reasons, Nissan, together with its Nismo racing division, seems to will be one of the headliners of the event. The Japanese brand has prepared six unique concepts at once, which are designed to demonstrate the possibilities of tuning. The list of cars includes several electric cars, as well as the Nissan Z GT4 sports car, which will debut next year.

At the show, Nissan will showcase two concept pickup trucks developed in collaboration with Tommy Pike Customs. The first project is a classic Sunny truck, equipped with an electric power plant from a Leaf hatchback. The second collaboration will be the Ariya Surfwagon, an electric crossover for surfers that combines retro design with modern technology.

The show will also showcase two new concept versions of the Frontier pickup truck, including the NISMO Off-Road Frontier with a TITAN V8 engine, unique suspension and numerous accessories from the brand’s sports division, as well as the Frontier Street Truck, made in the style of mini trucks of the 1990s.

For fans of drifting, the company will introduce the 1300-horsepower Formula Drift Z. In addition, the new Nissan Z GT4 racing sports car will make its first public debut at SEMA 2022, which will hit the tracks next year.

The day before, Acura showed three tuned Integra liftbacks designed for the SEMA show. All models received an individual design and many personalized options.
