As you know, the air conditioning compressor is the main element of the air conditioning system. If we make an analogy with the human body, the compressor is the heart of the system. A similar comparison is made when considering the principle of operation of the unit: the compressor compresses the refrigerant, pumps it through the system and separates the high and low pressure sides of the system (the so-called discharge and suction side).
Various types of compressor are used in modern vehicle air conditioning systems, differing in terms of, for example, capacity, noise levels, etc.
